OTD COORDINATOR: EVENTS MALDITAS

One of our best suppliers, no question! We booked them a year before the wedding after meeting 2 other coordinators – that’s because we jived with Charisse the most.

Everytime we were stuck with whom to book, they were just an email away. When they asked us what flowers we wanted for the ento bouquet and didn’t have the answers right away, they gave recommendations. They even gave us rates from when they went to Dangwa when we were still looking for a florist.

There was a time when we asked Charisse to meet us at 10AM (on a day na coding ang kotse ni Charisse), she still arrived earlier than M (R still claims he was the earliest to arrive but went around the shops first instead).

A week before the wedding when we told them we decided to get a professional emcee instead of asking our friends to do the emcee-ing for us, they gave 2 recommendations in a snap of a finger.

There were heaps of paperworks to fill-out – we never met someone as OC as Cha, but we were very glad she was. There were a lot of things to cover, and she did cover them all. There were small things that we never thought of beforehand, until we found those things in our checklist.

On the wedding day, they were very organized. We only met the rest of the staff on the day, and they were all nice. They knew what they were doing – even accompanying M to the loo prior to leaving for the church.

Right after the church pictorials, we told one of their staff that we forgot to endorse the music for our first dance. Good thing one of their staff had internet access and were able to download such from our email account.

They always kept track of time, and made sure we left on time to go to the church, and also when we were to go to the reception. They were there to assist us the whole day – for 12 hours straight.

We entrusted everything to them on the day, not only wedding paraphernalia (and our very precious wedding rings) but also the payments for our suppliers.
Package Cost: PhP 10,000.
Package Inclusion: 3 meetings and unlimited consultations and assistance via email and phone (includes recommendation of possible suppliers), assistance in planning reception program sequence, familiarization of both ceremony and reception venues, coordination with entourage members, review contracts of booked suppliers, assistance in lay-outing venue floor plan and table zoning/seating arrangement, execution of event inclusive of: at least 4 event assistants, ceremony & reception program management, guest reception & ushering, distribution of souvenirs, gift management and inventory, disbursement of payments to suppliers on the day, resolution of any emergency situation that may arise.
