When we booked our reception venue, M thought having ceiling drapes would not be possible (based on reading the venue’s guidelines). That was until Jed & Maan told us we can. R was happy to know this, and decided then that he wanted to have drapes.
We first booked Amaranthus for flowers; and since they gave us very affordable rates then we thought we’d ask them for their quote on ceiling drapes. Besides, most of the reviews we read about them were for event styling.
There were 2 suppliers whom we inquired from, they have the same rates but we still decided to go with Amaranthus because we liked their set-up better than the other one – and we only based that from photos. We tried to haggle given than the entourage flowers will be from them as well, but later learned that Ren already gave us a very good price.
We told them what we wanted – drapes in between the chandeliers; length will run from the stage to the door. We sent them pegs and added that we wanted lanterns and hanging crystals too.
