VAN FOR FAMILY: MOBELINE

Rating Legend:
5 – highest
1 – lowest

We learned about Mobeline from none other than W@W and thought their rates were reasonable.

After sending them an inquiry via their website, we received a reply right away, and booked them instantly – we told them we wanted to hire the Toyota Hi-Ace and gave them the itinerary (E.Rodriguez-Greenhills-Ortigas-Sauyo-Frisco). They told us to send them our contact details & pick-up address a few days before the day. They did not require any downpayment and told us to just pay in full on the day.

When R arrived in the Philippines, one of the first suppliers he rang was Mobeline, to make sure our reservation has been booked. For some reason, it was not. So he made the booking again.

About 2-3 days before the wedding, M rang them to double-check whether the reservation has been booked, and it was. We also reminded them of the pick-up address.

On the wedding day, the van was there a few minutes earlier than what was in our contract. However, instead of the Toyota Hi-Ace that we specified, they sent us the Nissan Urvan. It was a good thing that two of our PS offered to drop by at E. Rodriguez and some of our family members went to the church with them, otherwise there wouldn’t be enough seats left in the van.

The seats, according to those who rode the van to the church, wasn’t that comfy and the aircon wasn’t that cool. The driver was really nice though.

**If we may just add, since we booked them for an out-of-town trip the next day, we got the same driver. He seemed to be in a rush at times that he would fail to stop at times when we requested him to.

Package Cost: PhP 2,500 + gas fee.
Package Inclusion: Use of van for 10 hours + driver.

R&M’s rating: 4.5
