The very first supplier we booked was our videographer, back when we were still planning for a 2013 wedding. M saw this video (hi Zy!) and shared it to R right away, who also immediately loved Kris' other videos.
When R first met Kris (which by the way was the same day we booked them – we did not meet with any other videographer), we did not have any church nor reception venue in mind yet. Kris actually suggested that we book our venues first, but we did not listen. That’s why we were also very glad that he was still available for June 8 2012 when we decided to change our wedding date.
The music we used for our video was Northern Lights by Stories of Now; and according to one of M’s sisters, it was very hard to put moving pictures with that music. But Kris was able to do that (very) magnificently. He told us beforehand that he does not ask his couples to pose for him – he records what he sees. And what a keen eye he has!
The SDE he did for us was amazing. There were no other SDE videos which we could rate as better than what Kris did for us. It totally captured the emotions that day – R was more energetic & hyper than M was on the day, and no one could argue that it was exactly what was in our video!
It also helped that our videographers were very quiet when they work, so we weren’t conscious that we were being filmed. You wouldn’t even know that they were recording – not until we saw our SDE and the raw videos.
Here's our SDE:
What’s more, he promised to send us the raw videos a week after the wedding, so we’d receive them before we leave the Philippines. We received the LBC package 2 hours before M’s flight back to Oz.
Package Cost: PhP 50,000.
Package Inclusion: SDE, Full wedding video coverage, 3 3ccd widescreen cameras, 3 DVD edited video, raw footage in DVD, Camera crane.
Freebie: Photo AVP.
R&M’s rating: 5+
