Earlier today, while I was at work, my mom sent me a message with regards to a particular supplier I asked her to contact. The SMS exchange went like this:
Mommy: Ate ung no ni XXX not yet in service both
Me: Ang tinatawagan ko po eh yung celphone, 09** ******* tsaka 09** *******.
Mommy: Try namin uli landlyn, Mali pla ung isa mong no na bngay
Bkit ganun no mo. Ang nasa net 09** *******
Me: Un po yata number ni YYY, ung ****
Mommy: Wla rin. Celfon na lang.
Nkausap mna ba c YYY sa fon?
Me: Isang beses ko pa lang po sya nakausap sa phone. Puro email ko sya nakakausap. Kasi one time tumawag po ako kay XXX, tpos (some part deleted) pinasa nya kay YYY.
Mommy: Worid lang ako y hirap twagan
Me: Matagal po sila sumagot sa email. Pero pag c XXX naman po tntwagan ko, nsagot naman sya sa celphone.
Mommy: Ok

My mom is more worried than me, probably because I have already conditioned myself several months ago to have more patience with that particular supplier. I know they won't fail us, they just have to improve on their customer service.
