I was able to convince my mom to have her vacay here in Oz before I go home for my 4-wks holiday so I can tell her face-to-face about the wedding preps and the Pamamanhikan. Imagine my surprise when my sister told me that my mom already knew the reason as to why I wanted her to come here before I go home.
"How come she already knew?" and "Who told her?" and "Did you tell her?" were the questions I threw to my sisters which they threw back at me.
Growing up, I have been a witness and a recipient of my mom's I-told-you-so and I-already-saw-that-coming-you-should've-listened-to-me litanies. It still puzzles me though as to how she knew about the wedding even before I told her. Now I do not have any news to break to her anymore. *frown
And earlier today, she sent me a message asking for this wedsite as she wanted to see the entourage list (sorry hon, I deleted Mommy's text message by accident). Now that information, I am 100% sure, came from my sisters.
